i cant find the costume anywhere. so , i guess i have to make it.
helpp pleasee ! 
1. Black felt cut round the size you want and hair pin into your hair or sew onto a head band
2. Red poke a doted bow in your hair
3. Long sleeve black pull over top
4. Black tights
5. White gloves
6. False eyelash's
7. Red with white poke a doted skirt
(If you have to use a red skirt and white polka dots out of felt and hot glue them onto the skirt. )
8. Spray paint an old pair of sneakers to replicate Minnie's bright yellow shoes.
9. Use a lot of mascara and paint a mouse's face to create Minnie's makeup look.
Use black face paint to darken your nose and add whiskers on your cheeks.
Bright red lipstick adds some fun to the costume.
